Emerald Heights Drive
We had the wonderful pleasure to give some much needed TLC on this 1930’s era home for Allan in Emerald Beach. The home was originally located at the Jetty then later relocated.
This was a full internal and external repaint. With close consultation with Allan, we brought this old home back to life and gave it new charm with vibrant colours inside and soft warm colours outside. Perfectly encapsulating the wonderful owner’s personality.
French doors and windows, hallway panelling changed from clear veneer to a warm off white. Each room has its colour selected carefully to bring a new mood and atmosphere which shows off new contemporary and daring style whilst paying homage to years gone by in the timber slat ceilings, dado lines and clear timber feature work on ceilings.
Externally we laboured intensively to restore the existing weather boards, fascia and timber style eaves. Scraping all lose paint, stain sealing all surfaces patching, sanding and finishing with a wonderful warm and neutral colour selection by Allan to finish off this wonderful home, showing off all the remarkable characteristics of this classic home with a whole lot of flair.
