Safety Beach – Perry Homes
This Perry Homes project combines clean architectural lines, warm natural textures and a crisp modern colour palette to create a refined coastal home designed for contemporary family living.
Surrounded by natural bushland, the property was designed to maximise light, openness and connection to the outdoors. Large black-framed windows create strong architectural contrast against the soft white finishes, while expansive living spaces and carefully selected materials bring warmth and balance throughout the home.
Coffs Coast Painting Co. completed the full internal and external painting package, delivering a high-end finish with a strong focus on preparation, detail and long-term durability.
Internal Painting
Internally, the home features a clean and timeless palette designed to enhance the natural lighting and spaciousness of the open-plan layout.
Using the Dulux Professional Range, all walls, ceilings, trims and doors were completed with careful attention to consistency, sharpness and overall finish quality. Extensive preparation and detailed sanding between coats ensured a smooth and refined final result throughout every room.
The heart of the home is the expansive kitchen and living space, where crisp white finishes are paired with warm timber joinery and flooring to create a balanced modern coastal aesthetic.
