Perched high above the coastline in one of Nambucca Heads’ most sought-after headland locations, this architecturally designed residence is a true statement in modern coastal luxury. Delivered under the direction of Reece Weaver and his team, this custom build showcases what can be achieved when design, craftsmanship, and attention to detail align from concept through to completion.

Every aspect of this home has been carefully considered — resulting in a high-end, bespoke residence that captures natural light, maximises its elevated position, and delivers a seamless blend of form and function.

Coffs Coast Painting Co. was engaged to deliver the full painting and coating package, both internally and externally.

From detailed preparation through to final application, our team focused on achieving a flawless, high-end finish that complements the architectural intent and premium materials used throughout the build.

Interior – Light, Space & Precision Finishes

The interior of this home is defined by its scale, natural light, and refined finishes.

A standout feature is the high raked ceiling spanning the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area — creating a sense of openness and architectural presence. Combined with an abundance of glazing, the space is flooded with natural light, enhancing both the design and the finishes applied.

Key elements include:

Custom 4-panel door systems
Imported feature tiles
Professionally installed timber flooring
High-end fixtures and fittings throughout

Colourbond Shale Grey to cladding
Colourbond Basalt to textured surfaces

These tones provide a bold yet refined modern aesthetic, perfectly suited to the coastal environment.

Natural stained Merbau timber decks, posts, and handrails
Crisp white gloss window trims
