Designed to stand out while maintaining a clean, modern aesthetic, the home balances texture, contrast, and simplicity to create a striking yet timeless result.

The exterior of this home is defined by its contrast in texture and consistency in colour.

A combination of:

dual cladding profiles
Acra Tex 3mm texture coating

has been used to create visual depth and architectural interest across the façade.

Both finishes were completed in Colourbond Monument, delivering a clean, modern aesthetic while allowing the variation in texture to take centre stage.

Internally, the palette was designed to feel natural, balanced, and complementary to the home’s finishes and fixtures.

Walls were completed in Dulux Snowy Mountains ¼ Strength, a soft neutral that enhances natural light and creates a calm, cohesive environment throughout the home.

This same tone was carried through to doors and woodwork, finished in a satin sheen, introducing a subtle contrast that remains refined and understated.

This approach allows key design elements — including:

kitchen benchtops
cabinetry

to stand out, while still feeling connected to the overall palette.
